I am going to write this review and place it on all the platforms: If anybody gets a chance to use Jeff Lesley and his team for their real estate transactions, they have struck gold!! I have used Jeff on many occasions, and each time his customer service and business acumen have been above 100% !!! Jeff will listen to you and if there is any concern/problem, he will do his best to get it fixed. He is a creative problem solver who gets the job done. His staff reflects his work ethic, and you can trust anybody on the Jeff Lesley team!! I have moved out of Jeff’s area and even though I am happy with my move, it is something I am very sad about. Jeff and team did a great job for us with two transactions both as a listing agent and representing us when it came time to buy. While deciding who to list with we interviewed highly rated brokers from all the marquee agencies in Wilmington. Jeff was the most professional, knowledgeable and prepared agent we interviewed. He and his team did an excellent job of marketing our home utilizing all tools at his disposal and the house sold in a matter of days setting a sales record for that point in time. He was straightforward and provided honest input acting in our best interest. When it came time to buy it was at the height of the boom. Jeff never failed to show any house we were interested in and always accommodated our requests for additional information on potential properties with a willing and positive attitude. After several months and looking at many houses, we found "the one". Jeff smoothly handled a couple of glitches that came up on the way to finalizing the purchase. His patience and perseverance remained intact during the entire experience. In closing we have bought and sold more than 20 properties in and outside North Carolina and Jeff's representation is one of the best we've experienced on either side of a real estate transaction.

When we wanted to sell our two condos, we looked around and we felt we just couldn’t find anyone who could do anything better than we could do ourselves. So, we listed independently. Then, through various inquiries of our property, we met at least 50 agents in and out of the area, but we just didn’t meet anyone who cared or even understood about the sale complications we had on our property. Enter, Jeff Lesley. The minute we met Jeff, we loved his confidence, his attitude, his quick thinking, and his intelligence and knowledge. Jeff was the only realtor we had met that had a clear understanding of the specific and uncommon needs we had (he was actually the only realtor that did!). He understood everything immediately and outlined a plan right then that would get the condos sold. We decided to list with him the same day. Jeff was also so genuine and pleasant. He and his staff (also quick thinking and pleasant!) were on top of every inquiry and kept us informed regularly. We could also call his office anytime with questions and they answered them right away, or contacted us quickly with answers. Honestly, I wish Jeff Lesley practiced in all states, because I dread buying anything without him now that we’ve left NC. We would absolutely use him again and recommend him to anyone, because having someone like Jeff on your side that you can count on during a property sale/purchase is like finding GOLD!

We have worked with Jeff to both buy and sell properties in the Wilmington area - both homes and land. Jeff Lesley is amazing. Our daughter in law had a great experience with him and referred us to him. We looked at many, many homes with Jeff. He is so patient. Never pushes you. He was upfront about the homes we saw. If he saw a problem or issue with a home, he drew it to our attention. Disappointed we were flying out of town the next morning. Surprisingly, at the end of the day, we found a home in which we were interested. It had literally just popped up on the listings. We called Jeff after hours. Knowing we would be on a plane the next day, he stopped what he was doing and was able to get a viewing of the home that night. We saw the home at 8pm that evening. Immediately Jeff put a bid in for us. By 10:30 that evening our bid was accepted. Thanks to Jeff communicating back and forth with the other realtor that night. If he had not acted so quickly, we would not have our home. 2 other interested families were to see our home the following morning. We got our perfect home. We are so happy with our home.
