Surf City is a picturesque coastal community located both on Topsail Island and the mainland, and is home to most of the island’s year-round residents. Known for its beautiful beaches and laid-back atmosphere, Surf City has become a popular destination for vacationers and residents alike. It is also home to the Karen Beasley Sea Turtle Rescue and Rehabilitation Center, where thousands of tourists visit rescued sea turtles every year.

Located on Topsail Island’s northernmost 11 miles, North Topsail Beach is known for being laid back and peaceful with an abundance of natural treasures.
